Harvest 2025

When Small Quantities Bring Great Value

The 2025 harvest has just come to an end, between October 1st and 2nd, and we can proudly say it’s one to remember. The grapes we brought to the cellar show truly exceptional quality — the result of a season that tested our patience but rewarded every effort.

The year began in the best possible way: a balanced spring, with well-distributed rainfall and no disease pressure, gave the vines strength and vitality.

In June, higher temperatures sped up flowering, while July brought milder conditions, helping the vines progress at a steady, harmonious pace.

During August, temperatures remained warm but not extreme, allowing for a perfect veraison between the 15th and 20th of the month.

Finally, September closed the cycle beautifully. The first half was almost summer-like, followed by some refreshing rain in mid-month. The second half was milder and more humid, giving the grapes just enough time to achieve ideal ripenessby the end of September.

The outcome is a crop of remarkable aromatic concentration and perfect balance, even if yields were lower than usual. Once again, nature reminds us that quality often comes from patience and respect for its rhythm.

The foundations for a memorable vintage have been laid.

And if you’d like to see it all with your own eyes, we welcome you to visit us. Come experience the beauty of this awakening and discover the work worthy of Brunello that lies behind each bottle we produce.
