The landscape in December

In December, there were days and very clean with little haze on the horizon, in these moments the panorama Sanlorenzo is really nice and you can not see very far.

From the vineyard in front to the cellar  looking toward the west at 218 km far away you can see the peaks of Corsica, in particular the Monte Cinto (2706 meters).

On the same day just before sunset, using a zoom 18x seems very close

And if one day you will be in Sanlorenzo’s where you have to look in the vineyard in front of the cellar, with eyes toward the row number 38 and its back to the pawn of oaks.

On the same day around 2 pm  when the sun begins to be low on the horizon and at the same point looking south west you can see the sea …. about 50 kilometers away the Tyrrhenian Sea near Grosseto.

This is what you see looking from west to south west, another episode in what is seen to the south (Mount Amiata) and then move to the other side of the hill to look north: Val D’Arbia, Siena and Abetone
